so true...and the Powerline doesn't pay the Mandatory benefits for the employees & breaching the contract that they themselves made it for their own advantage. The increase in salary was no where to be found (though its stipulated in the contract) & gross, they received the clothing allowance (from the government) for the employees who work for the government but then they DEDUCTED the uniform allowance from the salaries of the employees.
They treat the professionals as crap & dumb where in fact most of their workers are licensed in the respective fields. They are so unethical & its very much a big crime. I don't know who can take down this seriously and address this matter for utmost urgency.

Cebu is my hometown but I relocated six years ago. I was able to visit last Christmas and was surprised that there is a designated area in the south. I personally think this is a good idea. What would be an even better idea would be to strengthen the campaign for keeping kids and inexperienced adults from firecrackers. Someone I knew suffered from injuries last Dec 31 and they weren't pleasant to look at.

i have spoken to many police in cebu city and offered to supply cebu city police with bullet proof vests for free many times with no follow up what so ever...the request for assistance was never submitted to the foundation...as your aware the USA fire departments and police renew their equipment every 1-3 years so there are stock piles of Gear that must be donated.
